More like notice to online loan shoppers?
i was on line appling for a personal loan for bad credit and these payday loans kept sending me emails.i ecknored them now today a law office called and said i was being sued for excepting these loans.i only excepted one for 500 and the money is still in my account so i just wanted to let everyone know that u need to be careful in doing this.the law office says i have court on friday i ask where he said dont worry about where the local police will pick you up and bring you to court.so i will post more after friday.most likely its a scam alsoi think it to is a scam because i spoke to a lawyer here and he said first of all the guy i spoke to was just tring to get more information out of me and was geting upset because i refused to give him any i simply said if you are going to sue me and you know so much then i dont owe you any information.also that you are correct the local police will not pick me up they will serve me with papers to appear.so i feel better.
