More like notice to online loan shoppers?
i was on line appling for a personal loan for bad credit and these payday loans kept sending me emails.i ecknored them now today a law office called and said i was being sued for excepting these loans.i only excepted one for 500 and the money is still in my account so i just wanted to let everyone know that u need to be careful in doing this.the law office says i have court on friday i ask where he said dont worry about where the local police will pick you up and bring you to court.so i will post more after friday.most likely its a scam alsoi think it to is a scam because i spoke to a lawyer here and he said first of all the guy i spoke to was just tring to get more information out of me and was geting upset because i refused to give him any i simply said if you are going to sue me and you know so much then i dont owe you any information.also that you are correct the local police will not pick me up they will serve me with papers to appear.so i feel better.

I think i got scammed. Is there a site that reports online loan scams? I think the site was called between pay periouds.i think it might also be called usashoppingcash.com
I loaned my computer and now cant get it back, what happens if I shut Norton down?
The adm. side is password protected and she only has access to my husbands section of the computer which was only used to read recipes. She refuses to return my property, the system is about 4 years old, an Emachine. So if I have Norton turned off and she doesn't know, what is going to happen? Will it shut down?The sites she uses are facebook, pogo and hotmail, other than that, I don't know.At this point I'm so worn down from asking for her to return my computer, I would rather just shut Norton down and let the worms have it.Going to the police is simply not worth it to me. I would rather somehow make my machine stop working. the one she borrowed The emachine is about 4 years old. I loaned it to her about a month ago. I have all the discs here along with my receipts. The computer truly isn't worth my stress level to get the police involved. I just want to somehow shut this computer down so she can't use it anymore.

I am trying to create a 'real time' payment schedule.What i have already done is create a monthly budget chart where i can enter all my bills, personal spending, and my paychecks, as i spend and get paid.Also, i have a monthly amortization schedule that i created that shows interest, principal, and current balance.What i want to do is create a chart that updates as i enter my bills. So, when i enter my bill for my student loan, it automatically updates on the chart for my remaining balance of my loans. This seems simple but i want it to have interest and principal calculated as well as remaining balance so i can compare it month to month. I want the chart to show my balance as i update the bill section.Any ideas??

Would I qualify for a bank's student loan so that I can purchase a laptop for college ?
I'm 20 years old and I still live with my parents and I don't work because I currently go to college and I need a laptop for college but I cannot purchase it right now. I called a bank and they said someone would call me tommorow and they said they are going to let me come in and discuss with them the choices they offer. Would they let me borrow a loan to purchase that laptop that I need ?? I need at least $800 or $900 U.s dollars.

Spam emails from loan & credit companies...Identity theft? Virus?
I don't know very much about computers and online stuff, don't even know how to send emails, no joke , but the other day I had applied for a credit card and now I keep getting emails from loan credit companies. When I read the messages thinking that it was a confirmation of my application it takes me to another page with the name of another company and they had all my details already filled in the little boxes. Not my card details though. I'm not that silly. Just my name, address and DOB. But how did this company get my details when I didn't enter the information? I'm worried about identity theft or virus. What should I do and how do I stop receiving these spam messages.Vanquiswould my email be identified as live if I open the message to read?I put in a search and a site came up with list of credit card. Clicked proceed with the card suited to me and entered details. I don't like Vanquis. I keep getting emails from them and when I read the message and they ask me to confirm my details to proceed with application it takes me to their site and I have to enter details again but when I close the window, another one is there from another company that has my details filled in the boxes which I can't close untill a couple of attempts oh, and I constantly get calls from numbers which I know are from those sales people.
