I recently receive a call from a attorney i think he was from a foreign country saying a cash advance has files a complaint against me on some money that i alleged recieved in my bank account...i have all my bank staments from the previous year and there has never been any money deposited into my account except from my j0b...he told me that if i didnt want to settle this in court i could justpay him i guess a retainer fee the money that i so called borrowed and pay it before monday a total of 500..and by doing this i would settle this...well i was wanting to know is this a scam because he told me if i didnt pay the money i guess the police were going to come to my home and arrest me?

I called a bank and they said someone would call me tommorow and they said they are going to let me come in and discuss with them the choices they offer. Would they let me borrow a loan to purchase that laptop that I need ?? I need at least $800 or $900 U.s dollars.

Hey AllEbay seller wants to cancel Auto transaction. The day after I won the auction I went out and got the loan right away due to school starting up this coming week and since just returning from a tour in Iraq I need a way to get to the university I declined his request to cancel the agreement. What does this really mean??He said that he didn't know he sold it the day before and he was sorry for the inconvenience.However he never requested the right to withdraw due to having it on a market elsewhere. PLUS the auction closed and I won. 24 hours I got the loan Now I'm suck with a loan and 5k in interest....What do you suggest?

I've been working on a simple loan repayment calculator since I'm considering taking out a mortgage on a new home and selling the one that I'm in somewhat soon. With that said, my first program calculates the amount month that would need to be paid. My code for that is here pastebin.com vyELbev1I've come to the realization that I could probably save a LOT of money if I paid once a year since the interest wouldn't build up as fast as high , but I can't think of how to take something like a 30 year mort, and program paying once a year using the code that I've already made.Any help?
