What is a good free drawing software to?
I am trying to design a card thats 2.5 by 4.25 inches. I need to be able to draw it to that size. More importantly, I need it to print out exactly that size too.What is a good drawing software where I can do that as easily a possible?I also would like the software to be free.Thanks

I need a FREE, GOOD, EASY TO USE drawing software so I can edit and draw pictures without dragging things around. If you can help, that'd be great I'm using GIMP2 right now, free, and I'm testing if it's a good and easy to use drawing software. And if you can suggest another free, easy to use and good drawing software, if you can, please give me a link to a tutorial for it, like on YouTube. If the brand of yours in an advanced version costs $, please tell me the latest version of which is free. I'm not using paint, which is available on the accessories when you first get your computer. Free drawing software like PaintTool Sai?
I downloaded Paint Tool Sai a while ago, and I really liked it, it was really easy to use and I could figure it out really quickly. I have GIMP, but I don't like it half as much anymore. But I soon found out that Sai was only a trial version, and I had to delete it after 31 days. I really miss Sai, now I don't have a drawing program with the tools I need. I don't have a drawing Tablet yet, I found a good cheap one I'm gonna buy but right now I don't have the money for it, I'm only 14 so I have to save up for it...But what I was wondering was is there another program like Sai? Like, where you can have a linework layer with the curve tool?And I don't mean like MS Paint. Because I need to have layers. GIMP is a bit complicated for me, and I don't like it because I don't know how to use half the stuff it has, and it glitches a lot on my computer because i usually have so much running at once. I know you can get a free version of Sai online but I heard it's illegal...If I download it, and for some reason some how the police find it, will I get fined? I just don't like downloading illegal things for obvious reasons. Or is there even like a limited pack with just the basics that's totally free? I'd be alright with that Since I'm pretty broke right now since i just blew all my money off on anime stuff and manga, I really can't afford to buy software.
