I'm currently 19 years old. I have been diagnosed with OCD and anxiety. I'm seeing a psychiatrist and counselor, but it won't go away. I constantly obsess and worry all the time. It's physically draining me of energy and mentally my mind just can't handle it anymore. I'm not suicidal, and I will never try to harm myself, but life is just so hard, all of the time. I'm sick. I throw up sometimes because of my OCD and all of my intrusive thoughts. It's horrible.Right now, I am constantly restoring my computer, over and over again. I am afraid that I have deleted an important file on my computer, and that it will mess up the music on my iPod. Everytime I restore my computer, I tell myself, you will not delete any files, and then about an hour after restoring, I start worrying, what if I did delete something important. I am worrying it will affect my music quality.Is there anyway to find out when I have accessed files, hardware, etc.? This is just one spell out of many that I have had in the past couple years. I'm taking medicine, 1mg of Klonopin three times a day, and 100mg Fluvox twice a day. I can feel the effects of the medicine, but the thoughts still conquer the medicine. I just don't know what to do anymore. I'm so unhappy, and I'm so distressed. What am I supposed to do?Is there anyway that you give me some advice about the restoring computer part and worrying that I am deleting important files. This will at least calm things down for awhile.To anyone who has overcome OCD, how did you do it? It's like a disease I can't get rid of. I feel like I am dying slowly.

How do i connect my computer to another computer?
A friend needs help getting new driver software installed on his pc. The problem is that his mouse is not working, and his pc is not connected to the net. We tried using a flash drive to import the driver software, but his system is not recognizing the flash drive.I thought we might have some luck trying to connect our two computers through IP addresses, in order to transfer the driver from my computer to his computer. Would this work? Or is there a better way?
Using the computer and being "tracked"?
This was in the newspaper around here. A man went into a coffee shop that has free computers to use. He made up a fake email address while there with a fake name and wrote to someone a threat. He then signed out and left. But law enforcement was able to find out it was him. AND NOT THROUGH A HIDDEN CAMERA. They said no camera was involved with capturing who wrote the threatening email. What I want to know is how can a stranger walk into a coffee shop, make up an email address, put absolutely nothing else into the computer such as going to his facebook account or checking his own email, etc. NOTHING ELSE, but get caught? It doesn't make sence. In this article they said he did nothing but walk in, use the computer, made up an email address, sent it and logged out. So how could they track it to this person? STORE EMPLOYEES WERE NOT INVOLVED. I personally don't believe the story. I could see if he had logged into his email account, his facebook account and then made up a fake email and wrote someone a threatening email. But to do nothing but set up an email account and send an email and have law enforcement find out who did it doesn't seem feasible. The story went on to say he had never been in the coffee shop before and DNA on the keyboard or " witnesses" played no role. Please explain

What kind of computer would you need to make an iOS/Android app?
At the minute I have a Samsung laptop with a 1.9GHz Dual Core Intel Celeron with 1GB RAM.I don't think that would be good enough and I am building a custom PC with a 3.4GHz Phenon II x4 Quad Core with 8GB RAM. One of my friends is also getting a MacBook Pro 13" with 2.8GHz i5 i7 not sure with 4GB RAM.Another will also be making a custom PC with either an i5 3.3 3.6GHz with 8GB RAM.I think these computers would be quick enough to run the program's smoothly but would they?Also can you create iOS apps on Windows and Android on Mac?
